That is why we created our in-house membership plan through Clerri, a straightforward program designed to make routine and preventive care predictable and affordable. When you join, your benefits start immediately, and your membership runs for 12 months from the date you enroll. There are no deductibles, no waiting periods, no annual maximums, no claim denials, and no pre-approvals. You simply choose the plan that fits your needs, pay a low monthly or annual fee, and get access to included services right away. All members also receive 3% to 20% in savings on additional procedures completed at our Johns Creek dental office.

Your membership runs on a 12-month cycle. You will receive an email reminder 45 days before your renewal date, and auto-renewal is managed through your member portal for convenience. If you need to cancel, you may do so at any time. A full refund of membership fees paid to Clerri is available if the cancellation request is received within the first 30 days of the current annual term and no discounted dental services have been provided during that term. In addition to the included services in your plan, all members save 3% to 20% on any additional procedures completed at our practice, making this plan a valuable option for patients who need more than preventive care.
